These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vunorian.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered by Vunorian. Vunorian is operated by NICAI LIMITED ("Vunorian," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content through automated means without permission, or use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

2. Store Information

We try to present product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, and minor differences may occur between product images and delivered items. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information at any time.

3. Products and Availability

Products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We may limit sales by person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary. We may discontinue or modify products without notice. Any offer is void where prohibited.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout when you submit an order will apply, subject to correction of obvious errors. Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, currency conversion charges, and other applicable fees may be added as disclosed at checkout or imposed by third parties or government authorities.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

6. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment method may also be governed by that provider's terms. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every location.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, customs information, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the applicable carrier terms.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, and usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may cancel a promotion affected by fraud, abuse, or an obvious error.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include tools, services, content, or links provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms.

12. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting Vunorian, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, branding, design, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Vunorian and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only unless we give written permission.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Site to commit fraud; violate law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; harass or harm others; transmit malware; collect personal information without authorization; submit false information; evade security controls; or interfere with the Site or other users.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Products are subject to any express warranties stated on the applicable product page and any warranties required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vunorian and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vunorian and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that information may be processed by us and our service providers as described there.

19. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

20. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdictional rules that apply to you, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies referenced on the Site, constitute the agreement between you and Vunorian regarding your use of the Site and purchases from us, except where additional written terms apply.
